Meet Deb

User experience has been the foundation of my design journey. From crafting prototypes and developing design systems to designing signage for commercial spaces, I’m committed to creating experiences that are seamless, intuitive, and user-centered.

I’m passionate about simplifying complex concepts through visual storytelling and developing strategic narratives that highlight business impact. My work includes campaigns for Microsoft, Marriott, Erickson Living, Leica Geosystems, and USAID.

Understanding the big picture and applying it across projects and within iterations is a hallmark of my work style. It keeps me aligned with the customer and the team to drive deliverables. My favorite part of any project is diving into the requirements gathering process, whether I'm collaborating with a national brand or an emerging startup. I also enjoy giving back by sharing my expertise, having presented on topics like branding and networking for various groups and podcasts.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and love managing multiple projects simultaneously. Joining forces with members of a creative team makes the results stronger, and I seek to work with strategic experts whenever I can.

As an alumni of Severn River Rugby, I continue to contribute to the club’s efforts to promote rugby regionally. When I have spare time, I enjoy powerlifting, hiking and cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
